Through small daily reflections and simple practices, you’ll uncover what’s really draining you, reconnect with what matters most, and create sustainable habits that help you move through the rest of the year feeling more like yourself again.

Getting Things Done

Twice a month, co-working for the things you keep meaning to do alone and never quite get to.

We start by naming our intention for the session. Then two or three 25-minute working blocks, cameras on, everyone on their own thing, with short breaks in between. We close by sharing what we actually did, which is sometimes wildly different from what we said we’d do when we started, and celebrating each other for showing up anyway.

If you join late or have to leave earlier, that’s not a problem. You’ll still benefit from the shared energy.
